+2 & +3 e-admission:

The academic session of the college starts from 1st June to 31st May. Students seeking admission in +2 and +3 classes should be admitted through Student Academic Management System (SAMS). One Common Application Form (CAF) as well as Common Prospectus (CP) is being used for admission in any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce). Both the (CAF) and (CP) will be available in the college counter. It is also available on PDF format in the govt, website www.dheorissa.in for downloading. Selection based on merit and preference of the candidate is done by e-admission Steering Committee and intimation to the selected candidates will be sent through SMS/OFFICIAL WEBSITE/NOTICE BOARD of the applied college.


Students of +2 Arts/Science/Commerce promoted to 2nd Yr. classes are required to take readmission of each academic session within 15th July. Readmission to the +3, 2nd and 3rd year courses shall be completed within (two weeks from the reopening of the college without awaiting for the publication of the results of the 1st and 2nd University Examination respectively failing which the students will be readmitted to the 2nd or 3rd yr as the case may be within a period of two weeks including Sunday and Holidays on payment of Late fee as prescribed by the University for each student.

(i) Admission to the college cannot be claimed as a matter of right and may be refused without assigning any reason thereof.

(ii)The admission to different classes is made at the college counter only, not by post.

Certificate & Documents

The following documents & certificates are to be submitted at the time of submission of CAF.

4.1. Certified true copy of the HSC Mark Sheets-cum Provisional Certificate (or equivalent Board). If an applicant has not received the mark sheet from the Board in-time, then the download mark sheet from Internet will be admissible.

4.2. Certified true copy of Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.

4.3. Certified true copy of Schedule Caste Certificates from revenue office not below the rank of a Tahasildar.

4.4. Certified true copy of Schedule Tribes Certificates from revenue office not below the rank of a Tahasildar.

4.5. Certified true copy of PH/OH Certificate from CDMO /SDMO/CMO of Capital Hospital (in case of Bhubaneswar)

4.6. Certified true copy of Ex-Serviceman Certificate from Zilla Sainik Board.

4.7. Certified true copy of NCC Certincate from the competent authority.

4.8. Certified true copy of the order of transfer & joining in the present station.

4.9. Certified true copy of Migration Certificate for the applicant from other Boards except BSE, Orissa.

4.10. Certified true copy of permanent resident/nativity certificate (for OSA & OLNS candidates)

PG e-admission:

Students seeking admission to PG courses are also requested go through SAMS portal. They can apply for admission in the same portal. Additionally, they are needed to appear for a Common Entrance Test for PG Admission as conducted by Govt. of Odisha. Guidelines issued by SAMS are followed for taking admission of new students.
