JALCHHAATRA SEVA SIBIRA AND SUNSTROKE AWARENESS PROGRAMME
A Jalchhaatra Seva Sibira (temporary water kiosks) –cum- Sunstroke Awareness Programme from 27th April to 26th May 2022 was organized by RIHS Rover / Ranger Units under the leadership of Dr.Dhirendra Kumar Jena RSL, RIHS Rover/Ranger Units, RIHS, Bhograi, Balasore. As per the instruction of RSL, the Rovers had provided ORS, Lemon Water, curd water, plain water to the passersby for avoiding sun stroke causality and Rovers/Rangers also created awareness in the locality regarding dos and don’ts of sunstrokes.

COASTAL TREKKING PROGRAMME 2021-22 AT UDAYPUR-TALASARI-BICHITRAPUR SEA BEACH, ODISHA.
A state level Coastal Trekking Programme was held at Udaypur-Talasari-Bichitrapur Sea Beach, Chandaneswar, Bhograi, Odisha organized by Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides, Bhubaneswar from 1st-5th December 2021. Near about 200 Rovers/Rangers participated from different colleges from Odisha. The Rovers/Rangers started trekking from Udaypur on the first day of the programme. On 2nd day they trekked at Talasari and on 3rd day completed the trekking at Bichitrapur sea beach area. During this period the base camp was at Badasorisa School at Chandaneswar. On 4th and 5th day camp shifted to Sankhari High School, Chandaneswar. On these days, the Rovers/Rangers arranged and participated in different cultural programmes, visited the native home of renowned personalities like Monaj Das and Manmath Das. 38 Rovers/Rangers from RIHS, Bhograi, Balasore participated in the said programme.

OBSERVATION OF WORLD HUMAN RIGHTS DAY 2021-22
World Human Rights Day on behalf of RIHS Rovers/Rangers Units working under Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides was observed on dt: 10/12/2021. All the Rovers/Rangers created awareness among the local people through rally and street play in different places in Bhogarai, Balasore. A meeting was organised followed by the rally with the presence of students of the college.

STATE LEVEL GENDER EQUITY PROGRAMME (ROVER/RANGER FIESTA 2022)
ROVER/RANGER FIESTA is organised by Odisha State Bharat Scouts and Guides at Bhubaneswar from 27th to 31st March 2022. Rovers and rangers of RIHS,Bhograi had participated in street play competition on theme “GENDER BIASNESS IN THE SOCIETY” & achieved Third Positions in in the state level.
